I'm sure the young writer thought he was taking inspiration from this old film called Blair Witch Project that no one has ever heard of.

Heavily Blair Witch-inspired but I was in. At least it has the decency to try and tackle the topic of grief in the wake of a whole load of missing children.

A strictly bush leagueBlair Witch knockoff that never met a jump scare it didn’t like. Horror in the Forestis a walking embodiment of every single found-footage trope used by detractors of the subgenre to explain why they don’t like it. An extra half-star because I realize this is the work of inexperienced filmmakers who have to start somewhere.

The latest offering from DBS films/the Rudnicki brothers.
The story and characters kept me engaged throughout. The acting is actually pretty good! Camera work is great. There are elements from other movies that have come before, but they fit well within the context of the story.
It did seem to me like it couldn't make up its mind if it was a regular movie, mockumentary, or found footage.
Side note: I feel like that guy who plays Nelson should be fronting a metal band 🤘🏻

Again, for every good FF movie you find there are ten bad ones. This shit is bottom barrel bad. Bo, with his dumb ass should left her and went home but he was all in her booty hole that he died. The same for everybody should've stayed they ass at home instead of following the fat guy that was crazy when you first met him, crazy after he invited you into the house, and was crazy the night before he tells yall dumb ass that we going to summon a fucking witch.
Nah, this aint the one.
